RepSheet Privacy Policy

RepSheet is a workout tracking app run by a solo developer. This policy explains what data RepSheet collects, why, and what happens to it. Questions: hello@repsheet.fit.
Who runs RepSheet
RepSheet is built and operated by one person (DividendSolo). There is no big company behind it and no data broker business. I collect the minimum needed to run the app.
What I collect
Your account. When you sign in with Google, RepSheet receives your email address and basic profile info from Google to create your account.
Your workout data. The programs you add, the screenshots or images you upload, and the sets you log (weight, reps, RPE). This is the core of the app, and it is stored so you can track your training over time.
Optional trackers you turn on in Settings. If you turn on the No Alcohol Streak, RepSheet stores the calendar days you mark as alcohol-free so it can show your streak. Nothing else is recorded. Turning the streak off hides it; the marked days stay in your account until you unmark them or delete your account.
Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. RepSheet never sees or stores your card number. I keep your subscription status (trialing, active, canceled) so the app knows whether you have access.
Usage analytics. RepSheet uses privacy-friendly analytics (DataFast) to count page views and key actions like signing up. This is aggregate product data, not cross-site advertising tracking.
How your uploaded images are used
When you upload a screenshot or photo of a workout program, RepSheet sends that image to Anthropic's Claude to read it and turn it into a structured program. The image is processed to extract your program and is stored in your account so you can refer back to it. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Google Health connection
New connections are not offered at this time.
If you connect Google Health in Settings, RepSheet asks Google for one write-only permission (activity and fitness) plus your basic identity (Google account ID and email). RepSheet uses this to send the workouts you log in RepSheet to Google Health. RepSheet does not read any data from Google Health. The only Google user data RepSheet stores is the OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection working and the Google account ID they belong to.
Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data. RepSheet does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to any third party. The one exception is the infrastructure that runs the app: the tokens are stored in Supabase (row-level security, encrypted at rest) and the connection runs on Vercel, and both act only as processors on my behalf. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is never shown to any human other than you, except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
RepSheet's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Health at any time in Settings. Disconnecting revokes RepSheet's access at Google and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove access from your Google Account permissions page.
Who processes your data
RepSheet relies on a small set of trusted services to run:
- Supabase for the database, sign-in, and file storage.
- Stripe for payments.
- Anthropic to read your uploaded workout images.
- DataFast for privacy-friendly analytics.
- Resend for account and product emails.
- Vercel for hosting.
Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
While you have an account, your data stays so you can use the app. If your trial ends and you do not subscribe, your workout history and programs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. If you subscribed and later cancel, they are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Running the app has real costs and I do not keep data for accounts that are not active. You can ask me to delete your account and data at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@repsheet.fit to access, export, or delete your data, or to ask anything about it. I will help.
Cookies
RepSheet uses cookies to keep you signed in and to run analytics. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Your data is protected with row-level security so you only ever see your own, and it is encrypted in transit. No app can promise perfect security, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
RepSheet is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
