The service

RepSheet is a workout tracking app. You can upload a screenshot or photo of a workout program, and RepSheet uses AI to turn it into a structured plan you can track set by set.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for the activity under your RepSheet account. One account is meant for one person.

Subscription and billing

RepSheet is a paid app with a single plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

• Free trial. New accounts get a 3 day trial, and no card is required to start it.
• After the trial. To keep using RepSheet and keep your data, you subscribe to the plan.
• Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. If the price changes, I will let you know before it applies to you.

Your content

The programs, images, and workout data you add are yours. By using RepSheet you give it permission to store and process that content to run the app, including sending uploaded images to Anthropic's Claude to read them into a structured program. RepSheet does not claim ownership of your content and does not sell it.

Sharing programs

If you choose to make a program public, you allow other RepSheet users to view and use it. Only publish programs you have the right to share, and do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Use RepSheet to track your own training. Do not use it to break the law, upload harmful or illegal content, abuse or disrupt the service, scrape it, or resell access.

Keeping and deleting data

While you have an active account, your data stays available. If your trial ends and you do not subscribe, your workout history and programs are kept for a short grace period and then deleted, because running the app has real costs. You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@repsheet.fit.

Not fitness or medical advice

RepSheet is a tracking tool, not a coach or a medical service. It does not give fitness or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program. You train at your own risk.

The app is provided as is

I do my best to keep RepSheet working well, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. RepSheet is run by one person and may have downtime, bugs, or changes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RepSheet is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. If I do, I will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use RepSheet means you accept the current terms.
